Is shipping free?

All US orders ship free!

What are my shipping options?

Standard Shipping within the United States is Free. We also offer Expedited Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to serve customers from all over the world. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

If I paid for shipping and return my item, do I receive a refund on the shipping fee?

No, unfortunately the shipping fee is non refundable, unless we ship an incorrect item.

Returns and Warranty

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your order or have changed your mind, we have a 30-day returns policy and will happily refund your order in full as long as you return the items unused in new condition in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

Simply contact us for the return information and be sure to package the items appropriately so that they arrive undamaged.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a 90 Day Warranty on all our products. This excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft.

How do I return an item I purchased?

To return your product, pleas email us at to get a return authorization code. Returns without an authorization code will not be accepted. Processing the returns may take 24 to 48 business hours.

Can I send someone gifts?

Of course! We can also add a Gift Message to the order.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal as a method of payment.

Do you offer a repair service?

We can repair jewelry at a small service charge. Please contact us for more information.

Do you provide special (customized) orders?

Yes, we can customize your order including additional rings sizes. Please contact us for more information.

General Jewelry Questions

Are your diamonds conflict-free and natural?

We source our diamonds from suppliers who guarantee that their diamonds are free from conflict. We use only diamonds mined from the earth and not lab created.

What is the best way to care for and clean jewelry?

Jewelry should be stored individually in a soft cloth pouch or plastic zip-lock bags to ensure that a piece of jewelry or gemstone should not scratch other jewelry or gemstones. Avoid contact with bleach, soap, perfume, cosmetics, hairsprays, etc. Also, take your jewelry off at night and store it in a jewelry box.

Are all the items you sell brand new?

We only sell brand new, unused jewelry.

What are color enhanced diamonds?

Fancy colored diamonds are natural diamonds that have been heat treated or irradiated. The treatment creates a highly stable and permanent color change, without leaving any harmful traces of radiation on the diamond.

How can you offer such prices?

We work very closely with designers, factories globally and in New York to make sure that we can offer quality products at excellent prices to you.
